Setup Email On Your Crowley Smartphone
Email Setup varies based on your device and mobile operating system (iOS, Android, etc). You will need to download the Outlook app and Okta Verify to your iPhone or Android Smartphone

For users who have Okta already setup, you will need to register your new mobile device. To do this follow the below instructions:
- From a desktop or laptop. Go to: Crowley Okta Login
- Sign in with your Crowley Credentials
- Under your name on the right side of the screen, select the drop down and select settings.
- Scroll down to Extra Verification
- Select "Remove" next to Okta Verify.
- You will be asked "Are you sure you want to remove Okta Verify Enrollnent?" Select Yes.
- After you select yes, you will now see "Set up" next to Okta Verify.
- Select Set up
- You will be asked to setup multifactor authentication through Okta Verify.
- Select Setup
- Select Device Type (iPhone or Android)
- You will be prompted to download the Okta Verify App from the App store. Select Next.
- Launch the Okta Verify app from your Mobile phone
- Once the Okta Verify app is launched on your mobile phone, select "Add Account"
- Select Organization, then "Yes, Ready to Scan"
- Hold your phone camera up to the QR code on your computer screen.
- Select "Done" on your Mobile Phone.
- You have successfully registered your device with Okta.
If you are a new user and have never setup Okta, please follow the below steps.
- From a desktop or laptop.Go to: Crowley Okta Login
- Signin with your Crowley Credentials
- You will be prompted to setup multifactor authentication.
- Select Setup under Okta Verify.
- SelectDevice Type (iPhone or Android)
- You will be prompted to download the Okta Verify App from the App store. Select Next.
- Launchthe Okta Verify app from your Mobile phone
- Once the Okta Verify app is launched on your mobile phone, select"Add Account"
- SelectOrganization, then"Yes, Ready to Scan"
- Hold your phone camera up to the QR codeon your computer screen.
- Select"Done" on your Mobile Phone.
- Select"Finish" on your computer.
- You have successfully registered your device with Okta.
